Hardware Components have qualified sources for a wide range of forged processes including open die forgings, impression/closed die to drop forgings, cold-forged, swaging and roll forming.

We forge aluminum alloys, stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, and brass alloys.

Secondary processes we can perform include complete machining, de-burring, solution annealing, normalizing, water quenching, tempering, and stress relieving. We also can perform surface finishes such as polishing, painting, nickel/chrome plating, zinc plating, black oxidation, anodizing or shot blasting.
